The Art of Mental Alchemy
This training provides an in-depth foundation in Initiation Into Hermetics (IIH), the first step in Franz Bardon’s comprehensive system of hermetic training. This stage is designed to develop the practitioner’s mind, body, and spirit in alignment with universal principles, developing self-awareness, willpower and inner equilibrium. By mastering these fundamentals, the practitioner prepares for the next stage of their development.
Through private mentorship, participants will receive personalized guidance to cultivate the necessary inner discipline and awareness for effective progression on the path of self-mastery. Through this training, participants will:
- Develop self-discipline and mental control to access higher states of consciousness.
- Learn how to observe, refine, and master their thoughts and emotions.
- Work with the four elements (Fire, Air, Water, Earth) to achieve inner harmony.
- Strengthen the vibrational bodies through breathing, energy work, and purification techniques.

Mental Training
Learn to observe and control your thoughts through self-awareness, focus exercises, and mental stillness. This develops concentration, strengthens willpower, and prepares the mind for deeper spiritual and magical practices.

Core Curriculum – Step One
The training covers all aspects of Step One in Initiation Into Hermetics, structured into three key categories: mental training, astral training (soul development), and physical training, ensuring a balanced approach to personal transformation.
1. Mental Training
- Observation of Thoughts: Developing inner stillness and mastery over the mind.
- Thought Discipline: Training the ability to focus and control one’s mental processes.
- Meditative Practices: Learning foundational meditation techniques to stabilize awareness.
2. Astral Training (Soul Development)
- Self-Reflection & Character Transformation: Identifying and balancing personal virtues and weaknesses.
- Elemental Soul Analysis: Understanding the distribution of the four elements within one’s psyche and emotions.

3. Physical Training
- Conscious Breathing: Enhancing energy absorption through breathwork techniques.
