Welcome to Month Six of the program. It is our final month and this month I would like to speak to you about possibilities and how to connect with and understand our intuitive nudges. There exercise for this month is about helping you redefine your goal and start to manifest it into your reality.
In the exercise this month we will work with the reprogramming of your mind and performing action to bring your goal into manifestation. Determine your goal, if you have already achieved your goal for the program, then its time to think of the next goal you wish to achieve.
- Journal your goal for the next 30 days, write down your goal every day, spend time looking thinking about it, what will it feel like when you achieve it. Feel it, experience it. Read your goal before going to bed.
- Each day after writing the goal, write down a motivation that will bring you closer to your goal. Ensure that you action it, start off with baby steps, try not to do everything at once. One step at a time.
