The purpose of the training is to assist you in breaking through the barriers and the restrictions of your mind. You move from a reactive state to a state of observation; bringing to you a greater understanding to your experiences. Your awareness expands organically as you observe and make adjustments. You become centred, aware and focused.
The core is for you to understand how your beliefs, thoughts and feelings affects your space consciously and unconsciously, then having clarity and focus to take the appropriate action.
Community – Creating a safe space for you to connect and share. Support – When you are breaking through the barriers and disempowering beliefs, it can be a disrupting and confusing process; having support makes the process much more comfortable and easier to manage.
